Bonver Logistics is the Nordic region's largest distributor of home entertainment products. We offer our clients a logistics solution to match their needs, specialising in video, music and multimedia. Bonver Logistics distributes products in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. Bonver Logistics is a logistics partner to among others Paramount Home Entertainment (incl. Dreamworks), SF Video (incl. 20th Century Fox and Metro Goldwyn Mayer), Universal Pictures, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment and Warner Bros Entertainment (incl. Sandrew Metronome). Bonver Logistics also handles distribution for Elkjöp and Bonver Entertainment. Approximately 65% of all video in the Nordic countries is distributed by Bonver Logistics.
Distribution
Distribution of Home Entertainment products is the core of Bonver Logistics. Physical distribution not only consists of Pick, Pack & Ship and return handling, but also consists of modern solutions for Inventory Management, scanning of all products and our unique parcel sharing process.
To be able to reach premium quality, we continuously supply our clients and staff with quality reporting which show picking accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping- and delivery accuracy. We have also developed our own solution for routines and processes, BLISS (Bonver Logistics Industry Supply chain Solution), used by all empoyess and which incorporates our high-technology Pick-to-light system.
DVD Packaging
Bonver Logistics is a One-Stop-Shop and besides distribution services, we also offer DVD packaging from spindle. Our solution is large scale, fully automatic and unique with it´s integration with the distribution centre. The advantages are many - lowered transportation costs, shorter delivery times and minimised warehousing. Bonver Logistics takes an overall responsibility for the whole packaging process, ranging from disc ordering, warehousing and cover- and label printing.
Customer Service
Our modern and flexible customer service is multi-lingual and handles Swedish, Norwegin, Danish, Finnish and English. Business hours, service and work routines are adapted to each client´s local requirements. Through our direct contact with more than 5000 retailers, we handle the whole process, from order until the product is delivered and invoiced.
Financial Services
The financial services that Bonver Logistics offer are comprehensive and contain invoicing, ledger management, collection and services such as credit assessment and handling of monthly and yearly closures. Through customized solutions such as EDI and tailor made reports we take care of the entire flow and provide for all the client’s needs within financial services, in the preferred language and currency.
Value Added Services
Distribution means so much more than Pick, Pack & Ship. We offer several added services, tailored solutions and concepts.
Examples of these services are Revenue Share, EDI, Inventory Management, VMI and Business-to-Consumer (distribution to end consumers ie from online webshops).
Bonver Logistics also has a team dedicated to handling customer specific solutions for labelling, displays and posters.
